Recovery Solutions Group won't stop calling - anyone dealt with this B2B collect

I'm hoping for some advice or to see if anyone else has had a similar experience with a company called Recovery Solutions Group.

I've been getting multiple calls a day from numbers with Delaware area codes. I finally answered, and it's this agency claiming I owe a debt. They have this whole professional "compassionate" spiel on their website and a great BBB rating, but their actual collectors are aggressive. They've called my cell constantly, sometimes early in the morning, and the tone has been pretty threatening with hints of legal action.

What's confusing is that they seem to primarily be a business-to-business (B2B) collector. But from what I can tell, this debt they're calling about is personal consumer debt. I feel like they're using the same aggressive B2B tactics on me, and it feels like harassment.

I've read that even if they have a good reputation, they still have to follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I'm keeping a log of all the calls, but I'm not sure what my next step should be. Has anyone successfully gotten them to stop? Should I send a cease and desist letter or try to dispute the debt in writing first?

I found this article that details a lot of the specific things they're doing and some rights I might have: https://protectionforconsumers.com/stop-recovery-solutions-group-debt-collection-harassment/

Any guidance would be really appreciated. This is getting out of hand.
