I have always been going to my local office to have assistance with my tax points, but I can not tell whether maybe they will be able to take more people following the elimination of kiosks. Are they providing other appointments or other services to supersede these kiosks or are the IRS going to be serving more with digital platforms? Any noticing any change to a local office in recent times?
